We accept bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and cash payments. Online payment gateway integration is coming soon.

Yes, we require 30-50% advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining amount can be paid before the trip starts.

We use well-maintained private vehicles for comfortable and safe transfers. Depending on the group size, destination, and package, the vehicle will be provided accordingly. Our fleet may include Maruti Swift Dzire, Maruti Ertiga, Mahindra Xylo, Toyota Innova, Toyota Fortuner, Tempo Traveller, and Winger. All vehicles are air-conditioned and regularly maintained to ensure a comfortable travel experience throughout your trip.

Absolutely! All our packages are fully customizable. You can modify the itinerary, hotel category, duration, and activities as per your preferences. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Most of our packages include breakfast and dinner. Some luxury packages include all meals. The exact meal plan is mentioned in each package's inclusions section.

Pack warm layered clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, any personal medications, and a rain jacket. Specific packing lists are provided after booking confirmation.

Travel insurance is not included in our standard packages. However, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance separately. We can assist you with this.

Cancellation charges depend on how many days before the trip you cancel: 30+ days: 10% charge, 15-29 days: 25% charge, 7-14 days: 50% charge, Less than 7 days: No refund. Full details are in our cancellation policy page.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
