Refund Policy
At Suvidha Tourism, we understand that plans can change. Here is our refund policy:
Cancellation Charges
- 30+ days before departure: 10% of total cost
- 15-29 days before departure: 25% of total cost
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- Less than 7 days: No refund
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Airfare, train tickets, visa fees, and special event tickets once purchased are non-refundable.
